Cam-ground and tapered aluminum alloy pistons with 3-ring design, cooled by oil spray. . Steel-backed aluminum bearings, Hi-Electro hardened crankshaft journals. Pressure lubrication with full-flow filtered oil. Dry-type air cleaner with primary and safety elements. Choice of two 24-volt direct electric starting systems - standard or low temperature. Glow plugs for preheating precombustion chambers included with both. |
